A semi basement, 1 bedroom = one sofa-bed in the living room, bright and very quiet place, near bus stops, grocery stores, Walmart, Canadian Tire, restaurants, a Shopping Center, 15 minutes from Ottawa. Completely furnished including EVERYTHING, washer-drier, bedding, towels, pots & pans, micro-wave, TV etc. etc. Optical fiber for internet and TV, walk-in closet, etc. etc. Electricity and heating included. You only bring your clothes, food and computer. Animals: one cat negotiable. Parking for 1 car. Since you are going to live in my belonging, I am looking for a serious person, couple or 2 adults.
